Job Description

  • Achieve daily\weekly\monthly leads' target and upfront revenue sales target with particular attention to quality of work, cost efficiencies, compliance with institutional policies and procedures, and local regulations.
  • Provide most updated and accurate information to customers in a timely manner.
  • Build and develop good relationship with customers. 
  • To be able to handle customers objections according to approved scripts to ensure identification of the customers needs .
  • Share experience, transfer knowledge within the team and coach other staff when needed.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Citi Secure Work Place , Information Security Policies.
  • Provide support \back up to team members when necessary.
  • Provide feedback to supervisor on competitors strategies, and sales campaign.
  • Ensure constant self-development in the fields of knowledge and skills advancing.
  • Identifying and creating opportunity for and acquiring right customer segments for Citibank products - Banking accounts / Mortgage /Cards
  • Understanding of retail banking and financial products.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A
