| Job Description |
- Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.

Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times
maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition
and prompt cordial attention.
- Establish good public relationship with all guests.
- Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.
- Maintain a very good reputation for the Hotel and assist to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel.
- Assist in maintaining a close working relationship with all Departments of the Hotel.

| Desired Profile |
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar capacity in 5* hotel.
- Excellent
leadership and strong oral and written communication skills, be
adaptable and flexible, attention todetails and quality.
- Fluent English is a must; other languages would be an asset.
- BHM Degree/Diploma from an accredited university in Hospitality Management
- Strong sense of responsibility to work under pressure.
